Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping customers stay connected? We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Premium Telco Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support for premium telecommunications products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and technical support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Promote and recommend premium telecommunications products, services, and upgrades based on customer needs.
- Process account changes, service activations, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, quality, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems.
- Stay up to date on products, services, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; with less than a year of BPO experience
- Previous customer service, telecommunications, or call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Comfortable using multiple computer applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and onsite
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required.
