Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: No BPO Experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service orientation, effective problem-solving skills, ability to work well in a team, basic technical skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and positive attitude towards customer interactions.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow company policies and procedures effectively.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with flexibility in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
