Job Descriptions:
To maximize building occupancy and rental revenue by executing leasing and marketing activities.
Acquiring new tenants.
Maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants.
Supporting the overall commercial performance of the office building.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Leasing, Marketing, Business Development, Property Management, or related fields in an office building.
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of leasing processes, tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and contract administration.
Knowledge of commercial property markets, rental strategies, occupancy management, and market analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willing to be placed in BSD City.
