About Us
We are an AI-powered EdTech company supporting online education and professional development programs in collaboration with a leading German education provider.
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our e-learning products and programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, administration, communication, and helping online learning programs run smoothly.
Responsibilities
1.) E-Learning Operations
- Support the administration of online courses and learning programs.
- Coordinate course schedules, participant information, and learning materials.
- Assist with onboarding learners and trainers.
- Monitor course activities and learner progress.
- Help maintain and update learning platforms and course content.
2.) Administrative Support
- Manage emails, calendars, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Organize files and maintain accurate records.
- Support internal projects and operational tasks.
3.) Communication & Coordination
- Communicate with learners, trainers, and internal teams.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and deadlines.
- Support event, webinar, and training coordination.
- Assist with customer and learner inquiries.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Teams
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Good English communication skills (required).
- German language skills are a strong advantage and will be considered during salary discussions.
Preferred
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Operations Assistant.
- Experience working with online education, training, coaching, or e-learning platforms.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Learning Management Systems).
- Experience with data entry, reporting, and documentation management.
