Job Responsibilities
Prepare and submit monthly tax filings accurately and on time, including withholding tax, VAT, and LKPM reports.
Coordinate with external tax consultants to ensure timely completion of annual corporate income tax reporting.
Liaise with external auditors by providing required documents and ensuring annual audit reports are completed and properly archived.
Support tax audits and inspections by preparing complete and accurate supporting documentation.
Review tax-related reimbursement documents and maintain proper expense documentation.
Assist with monthly inventory stock-taking activities, prepare inventory discrepancy reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
Perform other accounting and taxation duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Tax Accounting or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and tax reporting.
Experience in handling VAT, withholding tax, and annual corporate income tax reporting.
Familiar with audit processes and tax compliance.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Mandarin speaker is a plus
