Contract Arrangement: Outsourcing Company

Location: Jl Kawasan Industri Bayur, Tangerang (Full WFO)

Job Responsibilities:

• Algorithm Development: Designing and training AI models capable of consistently distinguishing between dust (noise) and actual defects (NG) at the micrometer level.

• Image Acquisition Setup: Determining the optimal configuration for Field of View (FOV) and camera resolution to ensure sufficient pixel density for detecting defective units.

• Data Engineering: Performing data annotation, intelligent image augmentation, and dataset balancing (given that NG data is typically much scarcer than OK data).

• System Integration: Integrating AI detection scripts with communication systems (e.g., APIs or socket programming) to enable real-time transmission of detection results to mechatronic hardware.

• Performance Tuning: Evaluating models using industry metrics such as Precision-Recall curves and F1-Scores and minimizing the False Rejection Rate (FRR) on the production line.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or related major or equivalent.

• AI Detection Expertise: Strong portfolio of Industrial Visual Inspection projects, particularly those related to surface defect detection.

• Hardware-Software Interfacing: Understanding of image data transmission protocols (GigE Vision, USB 3.0, or MIPI) to ensure minimal latency during image capture.

• Analytical Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze AI detection failures caused by changing environmental conditions (e.g., changes in factory lighting or subtle vibrations).

• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with Mechatronics Engineers to synchronize unit position on the jig with image capture timing (triggering).

• Work Ethics: High attention to detail, ability to work with strict accuracy targets, and maintain neat experimental documentation
