Project Manager (Data Center Projects)

PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk are looking for a highly-focused, meticulous professional who is experienced as Project Manager for project management of Data Center. This position will be based in Bekasi, West Java.

What you'll be doing

• Lead data center projects to meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements

• Coordinate and manage the design phase with consultants and procurement teams

• Lead construction execution, coordinating vendors and contractors on site

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering activities:

• Electrical (ETAP, short-circuit, protection & discrimination studies)

• Mechanical (cooling system, CFD, airflow & cooling calculations)

• Structural (foundation & structure calculations)

• Architectural coordination for equipment placement and operational needs

• Supervise contractors to ensure implementation aligns with approved design intent

• Resolve cross-functional project issues and provide practical solutions

• Prepare and manage project documentation and reporting

• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Head of Project

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical / control engineering, or 10+ years of relevant experience Data Center Project or Data Center Operation.

• Experience leading medium to large-scale data center projects (minimum 10 MW capacity preferred)

• Strong understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection standards, cooling/monitoring system/control system/civil,and data center best practices

• Proficient in tools such as ETAP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, and Project Management software

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, regulations, and manuals

• Experience working in live data center environments

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

• Willing to work on site (Cibitung / Karawang Timur)

• Data Center–related training or certification is a plus
