Requirements:
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta and work on-site at the customer’s office in a shifting schedule.
- Willing to be contracted for the duration of the project.
- High motivation to develop, strong initiative, and honesty.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements or technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Responsible for (L2) service requests, complaint handling, and incident handling.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years in network/security engineering with Anti-DDoS systems.
- Hands-on experience with Netscout Arbor APS/SP/TMS preferred.
- Proven experience in Arbor deployment, configuration, and integration.
- Proficient in Arbor APS, Sightline, SP, UI, TMS.
- Strong troubleshooting skills (remote/onsite).
- Effective communication with L1 teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to analyze attack patterns, tune thresholds/rules, and respond in real-time.
- Capable of producing weekly/monthly reports and documenting SOPs/config changes.
- Security certifications (CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, TCP/IP stack, BGP, routing, switching, load balancing.
- Skilled in anomaly traffic analysis, signature-based DDoS detection, and PCAP tools (Wireshark, tcpdump).
- Understanding of on-premise and hybrid cloud DDoS mitigation.
