IT Core Network Operation Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the IT Core Network Operations team as well as third-party managed service providers.

• Serve as the project lead for network infrastructure initiatives, including solution design, architecture review, implementation, and capacity planning.

• Manage, administer, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure, including technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet (FortiGate), Palo Alto, Ruckus, and other related platforms.

• Oversee network environments across both on-premises data centers and cloud platforms, with a strong focus on AWS.

• Develop, implement, and enforce network security policies, standards, and compliance requirements.

• Ensure the effectiveness of network backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity solutions.

• Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability to ensure optimal service delivery and minimize downtime.

• Conduct root cause analysis and lead troubleshooting efforts for critical network incidents.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support business and technology initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement through technology upgrades, operational excellence, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Operations, Network Infrastructure, or related IT disciplines.

• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing vendor or managed service relationships.

• Strong expertise in FortiGate Firewall with a minimum Fortinet NSE 4 / FCP Network Security Certification

• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking solutions (Routing, Switching, Wireless).

• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud networking services and hybrid network architecture.

• Experience managing Palo Alto Networks security solutions.

• Have good knowledge in Router, Firewall, Access Point, Switch, PAM
