We move fast, we obsess over quality, and we're building an in-house team that owns the product from first sketch to final stitch.

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Fashion Designer who bridges creative design and production reality. You'll turn concepts into precise, production-ready garments — owning everything from 3D prototyping to technical specifications, grading, and marker making. If you obsess over fit, construction, and the small details that separate a good garment from a great one, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• 3D Garment Development — Create, fit, and iterate garments digitally using CLO3D (or equivalent 3D fashion software), reducing physical sampling rounds and speeding up development.
• Technical Specifications — Build complete, accurate tech packs: construction details, measurements, bill of materials, stitch types, trims, and finishing.
• Pattern & Marker Making — Develop and adjust patterns, then produce efficient markers that optimize fabric consumption.
• Size Grading — Grade patterns across the full size range while preserving fit, proportion, and intended silhouette.
• Fabric & Construction — Select appropriate fabrics and recommend the right stitches and seam constructions for each garment and material.
• Production Collaboration — Work closely with pattern makers, sample room, and production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and consistent.

Requirements

• Proven ability to create and operate 3D fashion design software (CLO3D strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fabrics — properties, behavior, and suitable applications.
• Solid understanding of stitches and seam construction.
• Ability to create detailed garment technical specifications (tech packs).
• Hands-on experience with size grading.
• Hands-on experience with pattern making and marker making.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willing to work on-site from our office.
• Able to bring and work on your own laptop.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Deep understanding of menswear across all scopes — from casual to tailored details.
• Experience working with manufacturers or in a production environment.
• Familiarity with the full development cycle from concept to bulk production.
