Job descriptions:
Prospecting and market mapping
Initial engagement with potential partners
Pipeline development and monitoring
Collaborate with branches to work on leasing and banking business
Coordinating renewals and proposal preparation
Reporting and tracking of sales activities
Job requirements:
Minimum Diploma/S1, Bachelor's degree graduate majoring in Sharia Economics, Banking, Accounting, Management, or other related fields.
Minimum 1 year experience in the multifinance, banking, or automotive dealer industry is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have a strong interest) and have experience in general insurance will be advantage
Have a strong sales spirit and be able to conduct persuasive but ethical negotiations
Good relationship & strong interpersonal skills
Good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office especially in Power Point and Excel (e.g. IF statements, pivot tables) for data use and reporting.
Initiative person, hard worker and team player.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills able to conduct deep-dive analysis for product feature optimization and trouble shooting.
