Job Description
- Produce and publish at least 3 articles per day based on the editorial calendar.
- Create and publish at least 2 video contents per day for digital platforms and social media.
- Conduct research, interviews, field reporting, and documentation related to gaming, esports, technology, and digital culture.
- Attend gaming industry events, tournaments, press conferences, community gatherings, and product launches.
- Prepare reports and publish coverage in the form of articles, videos, and social media content.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, communities, game publishers, esports organizations, agencies, and brands.
- Identify and develop opportunities for content collaborations, media partnerships, sponsorships, advertorials, and other strategic partnerships.
- Maintain and expand the company's industry contact database while following up on potential partnership opportunities.
- Support media business growth by identifying monetization opportunities, including banner advertising, branded content, and sponsorships.
- Monitor gaming and esports industry trends to generate content ideas and business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on activities, performance, and partnership development.
Job Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- Strong interest in gaming, esports, technology, and digital media.
- Experience in media, content creation, journalism, community management, partnerships, or business development is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in conducting interviews, building relationships, and engaging with external stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with gaming, esports, and digital industry trends.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to attend events and travel when required.
- Basic photography, videography, or video editing skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Trends, and digital publishing tools is a plus.
- Existing network within the gaming, esports, media, community, or influencer ecosystem is a plus.
