What You'll Be Doing:

• Get Things Done: Drive recruitment timelines with discipline and urgency to consistently meet manpower targets.

• End-to-End Hiring: Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top candidates.

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify the most effective channels and build strong pipelines for recurring and critical roles.

• Candidate Evaluation: Assess not just skills but also cultural fit and long-term potential to reduce mis-hires.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

• Candidate Experience: Deliver a smooth, engaging hiring journey that strengthens our employer brand.
