1. Role Overview

The Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages from kitchen/bar to guests quickly, accurately, and in accordance with service standards.

This role requires speed, accuracy, coordination, and discipline to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

Any delay, incorrect delivery, or negligence will be subject to evaluation and corrective action.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver all food and beverages from kitchen/bar to the correct table promptly

• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and match the ticket

• Confirm table numbers and items before serving

• No wrong delivery, delay, or missing items will be tolerated

• Assist waiter/waitress during busy periods

• Support in clearing and resetting tables when needed

• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service team

• Respond quickly to instructions from supervisor

• Ensure fast and efficient movement during service

• Prioritize orders based on urgency

• Avoid unnecessary delays in food delivery

• Maintain high level of responsiveness at all times

• Keep service stations clean and organized

• Ensure trays, utensils, and service equipment are clean and ready

• Maintain hygiene standards at all times

• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and service team

• Communicate any issues (missing items, delays, etc.) immediately

• Ensure no miscommunication in order delivery

• Follow all SOP and instructions from supervisor

• Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, and grooming standards

• Perform duties as assigned without delay

3. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service (preferred)

• Physically fit and able to work in fast-paced environment

• Good coordination and teamwork skills

• Basic communication skills
