Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT), preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience.

• Must have strong, hands-on experience using Xero. Capable of everything from initial system setup to processing complex manual journals.

• Core Competencies (In Order of Priority):

  1. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collection: Strong background in managing credit control, aging reports, and driving professional, effective collections.

  2. General Ledger (GL): Solid expertise in accurate month-end closing and account reconciliations.

  3. Accounts Payable (AP): Efficient handling of vendor invoices, verification, and payment execution.

• Cash Flow Management: Proven capability to independently monitor, analyze, and forecast cash inflows and outflows to maintain healthy liquidity.

• Language Proficiency: Good command of English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively and handle professional business documentation.

• Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Pajak) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).

• Traits: Analytical, highly detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as lead a team under tight management deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and monitor the daily operations of the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Purchasing functions.

• Manage the end-to-end AR and collection process to minimize overdue accounts and secure company revenue.

• Maintain the accuracy of the General Ledger (GL) and take full ownership of transaction mapping and manual adjustments in Xero.

• Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) workflow, checking vendor documentation and procurement requests for compliance.

• Perform dedicated cash flow analysis, preparing regular runway projections and liquidity updates for the Director.

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, tax reporting, and management dashboards.

• Coordinate smoothly with external auditors, tax consultants, banking partners, and government institutions when required.

• Mentor and develop team members while improving finance process automation and efficiency.
