ABOUT US
We are a growing regional industrial solutions group operating across Southeast Asia. We partner closely with manufacturing and industrial clients, providing specialty chemical and supply chain solutions to support their operations.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for driven and adaptable individuals to join our Management Trainee Program in Indonesia.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Management Trainee Program is designed to groom future business leaders through structured exposure and hands-on experience.
You will gain:
Cross-functional exposure (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance)
On-the-job training with real project involvement
Mentorship from senior managers
development pathway and performance-based progression
Duration: 12–18 months (subject to business requirements)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience
Degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Supply Chain or related disciplines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn
