We are looking for an Export Shipping Planner to manage export shipment planning, cargo readiness preparation, and stuffing execution, ensuring cargo is delivered on time in line with vessel ETD at POL.
This role will closely coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, EMKL/PPJK, and internal stakeholders including Warehouse, QC, and PPIC, while maintaining shipment visibility and monitoring until cargo arrival at POD.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Transportation Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Min 3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, export logistics, or related areas
Background from freight forwarding or shipping line companies will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment
Willing to work overtime when required
