Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day publishing across the game and esports social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) in line with the approved content calendar

• Monitor community sentiment across all channels; respond to player comments and DMs in a timely manner to maintain a healthy community atmosphere

• Execute the publishing schedule ensuring content goes live on time, formatted correctly, and optimized for each platform's requirements

• Compile and deliver weekly analytics reports covering engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and other key metrics to support content optimization

• Coordinate execution details with the Community, KOC/KOL, and Esports teams at an operational level to ensure all cross-team content milestones go live on schedule

• Be on-call for match days to support real-time content publishing and community interaction with fast response times

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media account management or community management

• Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker; English as working language

• Solid working knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram publishing mechanics and community features

• Strong execution discipline with good time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Basic data literacy — able to organize metrics and produce clear weekly reporting

• Gaming or esports experience is a plus; some familiarity with player community culture is preferred
