Bali Management Villas is currently seeking a motivated Butler Supervisor / Area Supervisor to join our team and support guest service operations across multiple villa properties. This role will focus on overseeing butler services, handling guest experiences, and ensuring smooth coordination to maximize guest satisfaction.
Gross Salary: IDR 4,500,000 – 5,000,000 per month
About the Role
The Butler Supervisor will support the guest service operations of all villa properties by supervising butler staff, ensuring high service standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role works closely with the Area Manager and operations team to maintain service excellence and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations across all managed villa properties.
Ensure all guests receive personalized and high-quality service throughout their stay.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Train, guide, and monitor staff performance to meet service standards.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure villa readiness before guest arrival, including room setup and special requests.
Monitor service quality and implement improvements where necessary.
Maintain clear communication between guests and internal teams.
Assist in creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for butler services.
Support guest arrival and departure processes to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management or related fields.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably as a Butler or Supervisor role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle guest complaints and deliver service recovery effectively.
Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be domiciled in Bali.
