About the role

Lumeira Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist to join our wellness team in Tabanan, Bali. This is a full-time position where you will deliver exceptional spa and beauty treatments to our valued clients in a serene and professional environment. As a Spa Therapist, you will be at the heart of our mission to provide transformative wellness experiences, combining traditional and modern therapeutic techniques to help guests achieve relaxation, rejuvenation and holistic wellbeing. Your role is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring every client leaves feeling renewed and valued.

What you'll be doing

1. Deliver professional spa treatments including massage therapy, facials, body treatments and holistic wellness services

2. Consult with clients to understand their wellness needs, health concerns and treatment preferences

3. Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation and professional conduct in all treatment areas

4. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring equipment and products are properly stocked and organised

5. Perform treatments with care, attention and sensitivity, adapting techniques to individual client needs

6. Provide professional advice on post-treatment care and recommended wellness practices

7. Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings

8. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in delivering exceptional service

9. Follow all health and safety regulations, company policies and professional standards

What we're looking for

1. Recognised qualification or certification in spa therapy, massage therapy or beauty treatments from an accredited institution

2. Proven experience working as a spa or wellness therapist in a professional spa or hospitality setting

3. Strong knowledge of various spa treatment modalities, including massage techniques, facial treatments and body therapies

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued

5. Physical fitness and stamina to perform hands-on treatments throughout the day

6. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism

7. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required

8. Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous

9. A genuine passion for wellness, holistic health and providing exceptional customer care

10. Preferred experience with traditional Balinese healing practices or complementary therapies
