Job Qualifications
Minimum education D3 Health Analyst / Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
Understand blood collection techniques and proper specimen handling.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills, especially in interacting with patients.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work in a shift system.
Have good problem-solving skills in handling obstacles during the sampling process.
Willing to travel for home service assignments when required.
Possess a personal motorcycle and a valid Class C driver's license.
Job Description
Perform blood sampling (venipuncture and capillary) according to medical standards.
Handle, store, and ship samples according to procedures to maintain specimen quality and integrity.
Maintain sample quality by following correct pre-analytical procedures and minimizing the risk of hemolysis or contamination.
Provide clear explanations to patients regarding sampling procedures and create a comfortable experience for patients.
Maintain the confidentiality of patient data and provide professional, patient-oriented services.
