Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer accounts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in customer service or call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Salesforce and account management systems.
