Key Responsibilities:
Manage industrial relations matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, labor disputes, labor union relations, and employment termination processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external authorities.
Manage foreign employee (TKA) administration, including work permits, immigration requirements, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee employee services administration, including payroll coordination.
Support organizational effectiveness through talent development initiatives, including employee productivity measurement and performance enhancement programs, oversee recruitment activities, policy and SOP improvements, audit and risk management activities, vendor coordination, and special projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of HR experience with senior leadership roles
Strong understanding and experience in Industrial Relations, labor law and regulatory compliance, foreign employee (TKA) administration, HR Operations (including Payroll), organization, talent development & recruitment.
Familiarity with banking operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational structures is highly desirable.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in interpreting HR data and trends to support business decisions.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English (Japanese language skills will be an advantage) to engage with stakeholders across departments.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
