Role Overview
Responsible for driving direct-to-consumer revenue through daily field-based selling activities, including pop-up events, roadshows, and on-site product demonstrations. The role is highly execution-driven, requiring proactive customer engagement, aggressive sales conversion, and consistent achievement of daily revenue targets. This position plays a critical role in expanding Redfox’s market presence through strategic venue activation and partnership development.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily B2C selling activities across assigned locations (e.g., residential areas, commercial spaces, public venues)
- Set up and manage event booths, including product displays and marketing materials
- Engage customers, conduct product demonstrations, and close on-site sales
- Proactively approach potential customers to drive conversations and conversions
- Conduct on-site and door-to-door selling in high-footfall areas such as condominiums and offices
- Present and position products effectively to different customer segments
- Achieve daily sales targets through strong communication and closing techniques
- Identify and secure partnerships with establishments (e.g., schools, gyms, restaurants, corporate offices)
- Support collaborative sales activities, including mini-events and promotional tie-ups
- Maintain and expand a pipeline of active and recurring selling locations
- Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports, including revenue and lead tracking
- Maintain accurate records of leads for follow-up and conversion
- Assist in planning event schedules and activity calendars
Job Qualification
Required:
- College-level or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Open to fresh graduates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset
- High energy, confidence, and willingness to engage customers
- Willing to work on-site and travel within assigned areas
Preferred:
- Experience in field sales, event selling, retail, or direct selling
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Coachable, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
