Lead the planning, design, and implementation of the hospital’s IT infrastructure from initial setup to full operational readiness
Installing, maintaining, and supporting hardware and software components, including servers, operating systems, and network devices (routers, firewalls, switches).
Configuring LAN, WAN, and virtualized systems, including cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Ensuring security compliance, managing backups, and proactively monitoring systems for performance issues or maintenance.
Contributing to the development and implementation of new technology projects and infrastructure upgrades.
Handle troubleshooting activities and resolve user issues
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Min 3 years of experience in similar field (IT support, network operations).
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network protocols, server hardware, virtualization (VMware), and Windows/Linux systems.
Good attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
An IT Infrastructure designs, implements, manages, supports physical and virtual technology systems, including networks, servers, and cloud services. They ensure system reliability, security, and performance, while troubleshooting, upgrading infrastructure, and managing vendor relationships to meet business needs.
