About the role

We are seeking a Visa Ticketing Specialist to join PT. Excellen Silo Leaching in a full-time capacity, based in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. This is a strategic position within our operations that plays a critical role in managing visa and travel documentation for our international workforce. The Visa Ticketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and processing visa applications, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations and supporting our diverse international team in the mining and mineral processing sector.

Key responsibilities

1. Process and manage domestic and international flight bookings for employees, clients, and business travelers, visa applications for international employees and contractors, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate

2. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, travel agencies, and airlines regarding travel requirements and schedules.

3. Coordinate with Indonesian immigration authorities and relevant government agencies to expedite visa approvals

4. Assist in arranging accommodation, transportation, and travel itineraries.

5. Arrange travel ticketing and accommodation for international staff relocating to or visiting the Morowali facility

6. Maintain detailed records of visa applications, approvals, and employee travel documentation

7. Monitor visa expiration dates and initiate renewal processes in advance to prevent compliance issues

8. Communicate with international recruitment agencies and third-party visa service providers

9. Ensure adherence to company policies and Indonesian immigration laws and regulations

10. Prepare reports on visa processing timelines and associated costs for management review

11. Support employee onboarding by coordinating pre-arrival visa and travel arrangements

12. Liaise with Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure accurate documentation and budget tracking

13. Prepare periodic reports related to travel expenses, visa status, and ticketing activities.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree all Field

2. Minimum 2 years of Proven experience working in visa processing, airline ticketing or immigration services.

3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian visa regulations, permit requirements, and immigration procedures

4. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously

5. Proficiency in travel booking systems and visa management software

6. Must be Fluent in communication skills in Mandarin,

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation and data entry

8. Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with international teams and government officials

9. Knowledge of international travel ticketing systems and procedures

10. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements

11. Preferably, experience in handling corporate travel or managing multi-national workforces

12. Able to Work in Roster
