Description
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong technical support, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience, technical sales acumen, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
