Brief Job Description:

1. Operation of the Pure Water and Wastewater System

2. Maintenance of the Pure Water and Wastewater System

3. Operation of Electrical System

4. Operation, Maintenance & Improvement of Mechanical Equipment such as Compressor, HVAC, Fire Protection, Sanitary, and Plumbing System

5. Attend to immediate action on Utility trouble and power failure/fluctuation.

6. Improve the Utility System and the setting of the work standard

7. Maintain and confirm the safety of the Equipment

8. Generation of Maintenance and Trouble Report

9. Ensures all equipment is 100% operational.

10. Make the process flow chart and work standard

11. Maintain the documentation, e.g., Work Standard, drawing, and so on

12. Check, maintain, and preserve the Utility equipment and tools.

13. Records and monitors all machine downtime and parts replacement.

14. Reviews and controls consumption of indirect materials and spare parts.

15. Coordinate with production regarding equipment maintenance.

16. On-call response as per management's requirement.

Graduate of Mechanical Engineering

Registered Mechanical Engineer

With or without experience is acceptable

Starting Salary: Php17,550.00

Can start immediately.
