Position Summary
We are expanding our operations in Davao and seeking goal-oriented, customer-first Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will serve as the premier point of contact for our international clients, ensuring high-quality support and seamless issue resolution. Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist clients with account management and technical troubleshooting.
- Critical Thinking: Listen intentionally to client concerns, diagnose the core issue, and execute effective solutions.
- Information Management: Maintain comprehensive and precise logs of all client interactions within our internal database.
