Job Description :
Preparing Tender Drawing, Shop Drawing & As Built Drawing
Calculating Quantity of work based on drawing is a plus
Working with designers & engineer to develop construction plans and blueprints
Preparing & Delivering progress reports
Assisting with renovations, or restoring heritage buildings to extend building
Working at a client’s business, on a construction site or in an office, often outdoors or in noisy, dusty and cramped conditions.
Requirement :
Minimum SMK in Civil / Structural engineering, construction, building/ related field with minimum 3 years of progressively responsible work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Experience design structures with programs such as AutoCAD, ArchiCad, Sketchup, 3DSMax, Revit
Knowledge of engineering of Building, Civil, Structure, Architecture
Knowledge of building and construction
Design skills and knowledge
Excellent verbal communication skills
Thinking and reasoning skills
Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
