Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With District Manager, Area Manager, or pharmaceutical field force management experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Medical Representatives within the assigned district
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct field coaching, performance reviews, and team development activities
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective program execution
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit accurate reports and territory updates
