ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for someone who is passionate about infrastructure, reliability, monitoring, and system optimization to help us maintain and improve our production environment as our platform continues to scale — someone who takes genuine ownership over production reliability, not just "manages servers." You'll be the backbone of our SaaS, AI, and real-time communication systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Maintain and improve production reliability & stability
Monitor infrastructure and application performance
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
Optimize scalability, performance, and infrastructure costs
Build observability systems — monitoring, logging, alerting
Create automation for deployment and operational workflows
Support engineering teams on deployment & reliability
Contribute to our 99.9% system availability target
MUST HAVE
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes & Docker
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or AWS
Linux server administration
CI/CD pipeline build & maintenance
Monitoring & alerting system setup
Good understanding of networking fundamentals
Experience with production systems under real workloads
Good debugging & performance optimization skills
NICE TO HAVE
Realtime systems / WebRTC / VoIP
Distributed systems architecture
Observability stacks: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki / ELK
Security best practices
Autoscaling & high availability architecture
