Job Description
Deploy and execute trade marketing and promotion programs including trade promo, consumer promo, sampling, Sales Promotion and POSM.
Handlle budget for advertising and promotion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring clear, timely, and complete communication of all new program mechanisms, objectives, and execution guidelines.
Contribute to design and development of all trade marketing and promotion programs.
Requirements
Min. Bachelor's degree in management, business, marketing, and related major.
Min. 3 years of working experience in Trade Marketing (experience in Pet Food industry or FMCG is a plus).
Direct experience in consumer promo deployment and management.
Advanced in analytical reporting and translating data into actionable trade and promotion strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willing to be placed in Head Office, Setiabudi Kuningan - South Jakarta.
