About the role
PT Surgika Alkesindo is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our Human Resources division. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Pusat, offering an excellent opportunity to shape our recruitment strategy and build our employer brand in the competitive healthcare and medical devices sector.
In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting top talent to our organisation whilst simultaneously strengthening our reputation as an employer of choice. You will work at the intersection of recruitment and employer branding, developing comprehensive strategies that not only fill critical positions but also enhance our standing in the industry. This position reports directly to TA Manager and plays a strategic role in driving organisational growth through talent acquisition excellence.
Responsibilities:
- End to End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding
- Proactively search for passive and active candidates, building a database of talents for future hiring needs
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand staffing needs and identify key candidate profiles
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure positive experiences.
- Design and execute periodic content plans (ex: articles, videos) for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram to showcase workplace culture & employee stories.
Requirements:
- Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment & employer branding
- Proven Experience managing end to end recruitment process for all level (staff position up to strategic position), especially for sales functions
- Experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing initiatives related to employer branding.
- Experience in medical devices & healthcare industry, pharmaceutical, or related industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
