- Education: Minimum of bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or related fields. (Min GPA 3.00)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in the UI/UX design field and possess a portfolio that showcases design work with a good understanding of the UI/UX design process and methodology.
Technical Skill:
- User Interview and Questionnaire skill
- Strong attention to detail, Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill, Usability knowledge and best practices on how users would interact with the UI
- Able to create wireframe, high fidelity, (UI) and icon illustration
- Able to create prototype and Design System.
Soft Skill:
- Interpersonal Skill, Analysis & Judgement, Planning & Driving Action
- Teamwork Drive, Courage, and Integrity.
- Ability to work in a changing and challenging work environment and work well under pressure and have a high level of motivation.
