Happy Hope Internship Program

This paid internship program at Happy Hope is designed to provide additional assistance in our daily activities while also building an early talent pool of passionate individuals in psychology, early childhood education, and related fields.

Qualifications: 

1. Minimum 7th semester student in Psychology / Early Childhood Education / related background. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Willing to learn and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
3. Committed to a 3-month internship program (July - December 2026).
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
5. Muslim and committed to upholding Islamic values in daily practice

1. Responsibilities:
   Assist teachers in learning activities.
2. Support observation, documentation, and assessment of children’s development.
3. Prepare and organize teaching materials and classroom setup.
4. Assist with school events, workshops, or parent activities.
5. Contribute to administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
6. Uphold Happy Hope’s values and maintain a professional attitude in interaction with children, parents, and staff.
