About the Role

Anagenesis Healing Center is looking for a highly capable Conversion Funnel & Marketing Technology Specialist to manage the technical systems behind our webinar launches, landing pages, lead generation and online sales.

This person must be excellent at building and improving conversion-focused funnels, particularly within GoHighLevel.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our landing pages, forms, automations, CRM, tracking systems and customer journeys work correctly and convert visitors into webinar registrations, qualified leads and customers. You will also be in charge of the company's Webflow, SEO, GEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads.

You will also provide secondary support across general administration, AI tools, and day-to-day IT troubleshooting.

This is not a general virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone with strong technical marketing skills who can take ownership of our digital systems and identify problems before they affect a launch.

Primary Area of Expertise

The successful candidate must be highly skilled in:

The goal of this role is not simply to create attractive pages. The goal is to build reliable systems that generate measurable business results.

Primary Responsibilities

GoHighLevel Funnel Management

  • Build and maintain webinar registration pages, thank-you pages, sales pages, checkout pages and replay pages.

  • Create forms, surveys, calendars, pipelines and payment workflows.

  • Build automated email and SMS sequences for registrants, attendees, no-shows, leads and customers.

  • Manage tags, triggers, custom fields, contact records and lead segmentation.

  • Connect GoHighLevel with Zoom, calendars, Stripe, email providers and other platforms.

  • Test every stage of the funnel before campaigns and webinar launches.

  • Identify and resolve broken workflows, incorrect triggers and failed integrations.

Webinar Launch Support

  • Manage the complete technical setup for live and automated webinars.

  • Ensure registration pages, confirmation emails, reminders, webinar links and follow-up sequences work correctly.

  • Test the customer journey from advertisement click through to registration, attendance and purchase.

  • Provide technical support before, during and after webinar launches.

  • Prepare launch checklists and backup systems.

  • Troubleshoot urgent technical issues during live campaigns and webinars.

Conversion Rate Optimisation

  • Analyse landing-page and funnel performance.

  • Identify where visitors abandon the registration or purchasing process.

  • Improve page structure, headlines, forms, calls to action and checkout flows.

  • Ensure all pages are easy to use on mobile devices.

  • Set up and evaluate A/B tests.

  • Improve registration rates, show-up rates, lead quality and sales conversions.

  • Document tests, results and recommendations.

Analytics and Tracking

  • Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.

  • Install and verify Meta Pixel, Conversions API and Google Ads conversion tracking.

  • Track page views, leads, registrations, booked calls, checkout activity and purchases.

  • Monitor the customer journey from the original traffic source to conversion.

  • Investigate differences between advertising data, CRM records, analytics platforms and payment systems.

  • Create clear weekly reports showing what is working, what is not working and what actions should be taken.

  • Help ensure advertising decisions are based on accurate conversion data.

SEO and GEO Support

  • Implement on-page and technical SEO recommendations.

  • Update page titles, metadata, headings, internal links, image descriptions and schema.

  • Monitor indexing, crawl issues and website health.

  • Support keyword research for psychotherapy, relationship breakup recovery, emotional healing, hypnotherapy and wellness.

  • Structure content so it can be understood by traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

  • Support Generative Engine Optimisation initiatives under the direction of the company’s marketing strategy.

Webflow Support

  • Update website pages, content, forms and basic layouts.

  • Manage redirects, tracking scripts, metadata and domain settings.

  • Check that pages display correctly across desktop and mobile devices.

  • Fix broken links, formatting problems and form issues.

  • Support the migration or connection of pages between Webflow and GoHighLevel.

Meta and Google Advertising Support

  • Assist with the technical setup of Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

  • Ensure campaign links, landing pages, pixels and conversion events are correctly connected.

  • Support audience setup, retargeting and campaign tracking.

  • Review basic campaign metrics, including cost per lead, click-through rate and conversion rate.

  • Help identify whether performance issues come from the advertisement, audience, offer, page or tracking.

  • Coordinate with external advertising specialists when advanced media buying is required.

Secondary Responsibilities

AI and LLM Support

  • Use AI and large language model tools to improve research, content workflows and internal processes.

  • Create and organise reusable prompts.

  • Assist with simple AI-powered automations.

  • Connect AI tools with GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make and Google Workspace where appropriate.

  • Review AI-generated outputs for quality and accuracy.

  • Follow strict confidentiality practices when using client or company information.

General IT and Administrative Support

  • Troubleshoot basic website, email, domain, software and account-access issues.

  • Manage user access, passwords, permissions and software subscriptions.

  • Maintain an organised record of platforms, integrations, domains and renewal dates.

  • Communicate with software support teams when technical issues require escalation.

  • Organise digital files, system documentation and login information securely.

  • Create standard operating procedures and short training videos.

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks connected to webinar launches and digital campaigns.

  • Keep project-management systems, technical task lists and launch checklists updated.

Required Experience

  • At least three years of relevant experience in funnel building, marketing technology, CRM management, analytics or conversion optimisation.

  • Strong practical experience with GoHighLevel.

  • Experience building and managing webinar funnels.

  • Strong understanding of forms, automations, workflows, tags, pipelines and integrations.

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

  • Experience implementing Meta Pixel and advertising conversion events.

  • Working knowledge of Webflow.

  • Good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign structures.

  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation and customer journeys.

  • Experience troubleshooting website, tracking and integration issues.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and large language models.

  • Strong written and spoken English.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical projects.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the psychotherapy, wellness, coaching or personal development industries.

  • Experience supporting digital programs, courses or online events.

  • Familiarity with Zoom, Eventbrite, Stripe, Zapier, Make and Google Workspace.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs and webhooks.

  • Experience with Looker Studio, heatmaps and session-recording tools.

  • Understanding of DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and email deliverability.

  • Experience supporting SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation.

Working Arrangement

  • Full-time remote position.

  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 9.30AM to 6.30PM, and Saturday 9.30AM to 1.30PM

  • Flexibility will occasionally be required during live webinars and campaign launches.
