JOB DESC :
- Create, maintain, and update in-store displays to align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure all visual elements reflect Tulola's brand identity and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the MD team to showcase key collections effectively.
- Weekly rotation to inspect and display retail spaces to maintain an attractive, and interesting display to increase foot traffic
- Oversee and execute event setups, including product displays, decorations, and layouts, ensuring a polished presentation.
- Work with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to source materials and manage logistics for events.
- address last-minute challenges during events with poise and resourcefulness.
- Execute tasks efficiently within set timelines.
- Assist in teardown and post-event evaluations to improve future executions.
EXPERIENCE :
- Prior experience in visual merchandising and event execution, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong eye for detail, design, and brand alignment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks, including lifting and setting up displays.
- Resourceful and capable of handling unforeseen challenges on the spot.
- Maintain a positive, drama-free attitude under pressure.
- Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
