We are a national construction company looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Construction Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating project plans; Following up on project offers in accordance with management policies until they become contracts.
Preparing tender documents and coordinating the pre-qualification and tender process from start to finish.
Preparing the Project Cost Budget Plan (RAB).
Preparing the Project Implementation Budget Plan (RAP)
Preparing the Project Budget Cash Flow Plan.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager or Civil Engineering Manager
Proven experience in managing civil design and implementation for building or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and project management principles.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with clients and project partners
Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
