Digital Ads Specialist

Job Description:

• Identify customers / audience preferences, plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns continuously across multiple online channels for better performance.
• Develop a strategy for Digital Marketing Activities through the various channels: Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Work collaboratively with Account Executive, Creative, and Client to ensure best outcomes for the business
• Managing campaign operations
• Analyzing Campaign Performance, give insight & suggestion for improvement 
• Create campaign reports, trackers, and simple analytics dashboards for internal & client purposes
• Handle multiple brands from various industries with different campaign objectives and targets
• Assist in preparing strategy recommendations, client presentations, and campaign reviews
• Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced agency environment with dynamic campaign needs

Requirements:

• Min. 6 months – 1 year experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing (internship, freelance, bootcamp experience are welcome) 
• Savvy in TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Youtube Ads and other digital marketing tools
• Experienced in agency or start up is a plus
• Have any connection to Google or Youtube is a plus
• Strong in Digital Analytics
• Excellent presentation skills
• Comfortable and confident speaking to client or management
• Willing to work in Meruya, West Jakarta
• Fast learner with strong curiosity and willingness to grow
• Resilient, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Comfortable handling multiple projects and timelines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsive and flexible for urgent campaign needs when required
