Civil Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team at SPS Corporate in Surabaya, Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and within budget and timelines.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, buildings, and other structures

• Oversee the work of civil engineering teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to ensure project goals are met

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Analyse project data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery

• Prepare detailed reports, budgets, and progress updates for senior management

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, optimise resources, and enhance the overall efficiency of the civil engineering function

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a civil engineering management role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery

• Expertise in project management, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, design, and construction methods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
