Responsibility :

  • Achieve the assigned sales targets for Hisense HVAC products, including VRF systems, Big Split units, Inverter systems, and DX-AHU.

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain regular sales pipeline updates.

  • Identify and develop business opportunities through contractors, main contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.

  • Actively expand and manage sales channels and project opportunities in the Indonesian market.

  • Conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, and project follow-ups to secure new business.

  • Coordinate closely with technical, after-sales service, and marketing teams to support project execution, seminars, product training, and promotional events.

  • Provide market intelligence, including competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and market trends.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to strengthen the Hisense HVAC brand and increase market share.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline tracking, and business development plans.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales or related industry.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRF systems, Big Split units, Inverter systems, and DX-AHU.

  • Experience working with contractors, consultants, and project-based sales is highly preferred.

  • Good understanding of the Indonesian HVAC market and project business environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Willing to travel frequently for business trips within Indonesia and attend overseas training when required.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and channel management skills.

  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently under pressure.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.
