We are looking for a Procurement Executive to support procurement operations and strategic sourcing activities, ensuring effective purchasing processes, supplier management, and cost optimization while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and contract management
Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and maintain supplier databases
Monitor spending, analyze procurement data, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure procurement documentation, contracts, and records are accurate and up to date
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major
Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement
Experience in supply chain or cross-functional procurement processes is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP/ERP systems is an advantage
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
