Sosial Media Internship

Responsibilities:

• Create and produce engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the Design Team to develop visual content assets.
• Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
• Ensure captions, hashtags, tags, and CTAs align with the brand’s voice and guidelines.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.
• Research social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotional initiatives.
• Maintain content archives and update content trackers regularly.
• Track audience engagement and escalate important feedback or inquiries to the relevant team.

Requirements:

• Final-year student / Undergraduate student in 6th semester in majoring Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
• Familiar with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar platforms.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and up to date with digital and social media trends.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• High sense of ownership and accountability.
• Available to work on-site in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. (Paid Internship)
