Country Manager (Direktur)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Country Manager for Indonesia. The ideal candidate must have full working rights for Indonesia and possess extensive experience working in Indonesia, with a deep understanding of the Indonesian Paint or Construction and Chemical markets. This role is critical to our expansion and success in the region, as the Country Director will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, developing business and increasing profitability.

Job Description

• Market Acquisition: Proactively acquire market share and distribution channel in current strategic areas and overlook for upcoming urban development zones.

• Market Leadership: Drive business growth and brand awareness to accomplish leadership mission.

• Channel Development: Build and well-managed multi-tier distribution channels in long-run

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, enhance productivity and high yield operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.

• Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop team profession with collaborative culture to achieve high performance and drive company goals.

• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government agencies.

• Financial Oversight: Manage the country P&L, healthy cash flow situation, minimize debt/ loss and ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.

• Risk Management: Well-known macro-economic, updated regulation in positive and negative effects to the competitiveness and balancing revenue vs cost & expense during economic fluctuation.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in Indonesia.

• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance and progress of the Indonesian market.

Qualification

• Full working rights for Indonesia with fluent Thai language proficiency

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields

• At least 10 years work experience in Paint, Building Materials, Construction & Chemical industries

• Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills

• Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
