Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall marketing strategy for residential, commercial, and mixed-use property developments
• Drive sales performance through innovative marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns
• Develop strong market positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies for new project launches
• Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing and sales team
• Strengthen relationships with property agents, brokers, and strategic partners
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Oversee marketing budgets, performance metrics, and return on investment (ROI)
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support project commercialization
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience in property marketing and sales
• Proven track record in leading marketing for large-scale property developments
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive high-performance teams
• Deep understanding of Indonesia’s property market dynamics and consumer behavior
• Experience managing integrated marketing strategies, including digital, branding, and channel partnerships
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation capabilities
