Summary of position:

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining customer network services through incident resolution, service provisioning, and onsite deployment. Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable operations, assists in network projects, and maintains accurate asset records. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and upholds strong security practices across all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational
• Provide technical support and resolve escalated incidents related to customer network services.
• Handle provisioning and configuration of customer network services.
• Deliver onsite deployment and implementation support at customer locations.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to resolve issues and ensure timely support.
• Assist the network engineer in executing network projects and infrastructure expansion.
• Maintain accurate and updated asset inventory for all network-related equipment.
• Participate in after-hours standby rotation to ensure service continuity.

Compliance and Security
• Adhere to company ISO9001 and ISO27001 policies, standards, and procedures.
• Implement and maintain best security practices in both internal and customer environments.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent

  • At least 1 years’ experience in managing and configuring network equipment.

  • Network certification like CCNA (Cisco), MTCNA (MikroTik)

  • Security certification like FCA (Fortinet)   

  • Good written and verbal communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia

  • Attention to detail with strong technical troubleshooting skills

  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity


4 Stages Interview Process:

  • Offline HR Interview - candidate background & experience validation (submit Application Form)

  • Online User Interview - discuss role competency

  • Offline Director Interview - compulsory to submit Hasil Cek Kesehatan Gratis (CKG dari Puskesmas) and Reference Letter (Paklaring).

  • Offline Management Interview - final validation - Offer Letter.

Additional Information:

  1. All candidates compulsory to undergo background check by submitting copy of Surat Paklaring & Payslip and submitting Free CKG as part of hiring process.

  2. Do ensure submit updated CV with your latest picture.

  3. Make sure your CV and Reference Letter (Paklaring) from previous companies are tally.

  4. Interviews will be conducted in English.
