Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in investment, corporate finance, financial analysis, equity research, project finance, or related fields.
•Having knowledge of investment analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance.
•Experienced in preparing investment studies, financial feasibility analyses, and management presentations.
•Able to analyze financial statements, business performance, and investment opportunities.
•Having strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
•Experience in infrastructure, property, or investment-related industries is an advantage.
Job Descriptions :
•Conducting investment analyses related to acquisitions, corporate actions, funding initiatives, and business development opportunities.
•Preparing financial models, valuations, and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
•Analyzing financial statements, market trends, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.
•Preparing investment papers, presentations, and reports for management.
•Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support investment and funding processes.
•Monitoring investment portfolios and evaluating business performance to support strategic objectives.
