We’re seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and strengthen our technology foundation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our IT systems are reliable, secure, and fully aligned with the company’s business strategy.
What You’ll Do
Shape IT strategy to align infrastructure with business goals and company policies.
Lead and coordinate teams to ensure smooth daily operations and reliable system performance.
Monitor and supervise infrastructure to meet efficiency, security, and compliance standards.
Assess system readiness to support future business needs and growth.
Manage infrastructure to ensure availability, scalability, and resilience.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role from Insurance / Financial Industry
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
