Retail & Pop-up Store Fit-out / Vendor Development Specialist ???????????

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Retail & Pop-up Store Fit-out / Vendor Development Specialist to support our retail expansion across Indonesia. This role is responsible for vendor sourcing, cost control, project coordination, and ensuring new stores and pop-up stores are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage contractors, interior vendors, and construction suppliers.

• Build and maintain a reliable vendor database for retail fit-out projects.

• Prepare project budgets, cost estimations, vendor comparisons, and tender evaluations.

• Manage end-to-end retail store and pop-up store fit-out projects, from design implementation to store opening.

• Monitor project timeline, construction quality, safety, and project costs.

• Coordinate with designers, mall management, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Resolve on-site construction issues and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

• Work closely with the Indonesia team and China headquarters throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Fit-out, Store Development, Commercial Interior, Construction Project Management, Exhibition, or Retail Expansion.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's retail construction industry, including materials, pricing, construction standards, and shopping mall fit-out procedures.

• Able to prepare budgets, perform cost analysis, review BOQ (Bill of Quantity), quotations, and technical drawings.

• Experienced in Vendor Management, Procurement, Cost Control, Project Coordination, and Tender Process.

• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Mandarin proficiency is preferred; English is required for daily communication.

• Based in Jakarta and willing to travel to project sites when needed.
